Fender “Full Dip” pickups
Starting with the Vintera II recipe, Fender added two tasty twists:
Hybrid magnet design: These pickups utilise Alnico 5 magnets on the E and A strings for tight low-end punch, and Alnico 2 on the D and G strings for a warm, fat growl.
+5% overwind: A little extra wire gives you more midrange and output — perfect for pushing your amp and pedals harder without squashing dynamics.
Concentric “Stack Knobs”
